Why Choose katingmi Creator Toolbox?
Files Processed Locally
PDF, video, image and other files are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to our server. A few AI features (such as cloud-accelerated AI subtitles, AI subtitle editing, Language Notes and text-to-speech) send audio or text to a server for processing — see the privacy policy for details.
No Install, No Login
No account or extra software needed — just open the page and start using it for free, with a smooth experience every time.
Cross-Platform & PWA Support
Works on desktop, iPad, and mobile browsers and can be installed as a PWA. AI subtitles are compute-intensive, so longer videos are best handled on a desktop or laptop.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I have to pay to use these tools?
No — every feature in katingmi Creator Toolbox is completely free, with no hidden subscription fees.
Q: Are my PDF or media files stored on your servers?
PDF, video, image and other files are not uploaded to or stored on our server — they are processed on your device. The exceptions are a few AI features: "cloud-accelerated recognition" in AI subtitles (on by default, can be turned off) sends audio to our recognition service, which does not keep it; AI subtitle editing, Language Notes and text-to-speech send text. See the privacy policy for details.
Q: Can I slow down or speed up a song to practise along?
Yes — use the Media Player. It detects the song's original BPM automatically, so you can change the speed by ratio or directly in BPM without changing the pitch. You can also loop with A-B, repeat auto-detected verses and choruses, and follow synced lyrics. Your playlist and each song's speed are remembered in your browser.

About the katingmi Creator Toolbox
The katingmi Creator Toolbox brings together a set of online tools for everyday work and creative projects, covering PDF handling, video editing, AI subtitles, document scanning, background removal, measurement labeling, instrument practice and wireless screen casting. The design principle is simple: open the page and start working, no sign-up required, with processing done on your own device whenever possible.
What does “local, in-browser processing” mean?
Most online tools require you to upload your file to a server first and then download the result. Most tools on this site instead use WebAssembly and in-browser AI inference, so the work happens directly on your computer or phone and your files never leave your device. This has three benefits: better privacy, no waiting for large uploads, and no server-side file size limits. The only exception is the “cloud-accelerated recognition” option in AI Auto Subtitles, which sends audio to the cloud for faster recognition. You can uncheck it at any time to use on-device recognition instead. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Which tool should I use? Common scenarios
- Combine several PDFs into one, extract a few pages, or sign a document: use the PDF Toolbox.
- Just read a PDF quietly, without any editing features: use the PDF Reader.
- Read the Bible online and share verses with friends: use the Online Bible; tap a verse and the reference is added automatically.
- Crooked phone photos of receipts or contracts: use the Document Scanner to straighten them automatically and export as JPG or PDF.
- A video that needs compressing, converting, watermarking, switching to vertical, or extracting audio: use the Video Converter & Compressor.
- Cut clips on a timeline and rearrange them, CapCut-style: use the Simple Video Editor.
- Your camcorder split a long recording into several MTS files: use Quick MTS Merge to join them into one in seconds, with no loss in quality.
- Your video needs subtitles or a transcript: use AI Auto Subtitles and export SRT, VTT or plain text.
- Product photos or headshots that need a white or transparent background: use the Smart Background Remover.
- Recording measurements before buying furniture or renovating: use Photo Measure to mark the lengths you measured directly on the photo.
- Looking up chord fingerings or finding the chords to a song: use the Chord Finder to see guitar and piano fingerings, or upload a song to detect its chords automatically.
- Slowing down a song or looping a section for singing or instrument practice: use the Media Player to detect BPM, change speed without changing pitch, and loop A-B or by verse and chorus.
- Removing the drums from a track for drum practice, or the vocals for a karaoke backing track: use the AI Stem Splitter to separate vocals, drums, bass, guitar and piano, adjust the volume of each track, and slow it down or turn on a metronome to play along.
- Making QR codes for Wi‑Fi, URLs or business cards, or library book barcodes: use the QR Code & Barcode Generator, with selectable styles, a logo in the center, and batch printing of barcode labels.
- Producing a whole batch of graduation certificates, completion certificates, library cards or staff ID cards at once: use the Batch Certificate & ID Card Maker; upload a background image, import an Excel name list and photos, and add a principal’s signature, an embossed seal and an anti-forgery verification code.
- No suitable projector cable in the meeting room: use Wireless Cast / Presenter Extension to cast your laptop screen to the big screen from your browser.
Tips for use
- For the best compatibility, use the latest version of Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox.
- Video conversion and AI features need a lot of processing power. For long videos or many files, a computer is usually faster and more stable than a phone.
- This site supports PWA, so you can “Add to Home Screen” or install it as a desktop app for quicker access.
