Measurement Unit
Changing the unit only affects arrow labels you add afterward - it won't rewrite numbers you've already entered.
Edit
Tap an arrow to select it, edit its number, or delete it; drag either end to reposition it.
Export
The labeled image will be shown directly - long-press it to choose "Add to Photos", or use the share button to save it.
