FAQ
Will it still scan with a logo in the middle?
Yes. Adding an image switches error correction to the highest level (H, ~30% recoverable). As long as the image isn't too big and contrast is good, phones scan it fine. Test with your phone before printing.
Do these QR codes expire?
No. They're static QR codes — the content is encoded in the image itself with no redirect service, so they work forever. The flip side: you can't change the content after printing.
Which format should I use for library barcodes?
Most library systems and scanners read Code 39; many also use Code 128 or Codabar. Check the labels on existing books, or print one and test it with your scanner before printing in bulk.
Is my Wi‑Fi password sent anywhere?
No. The QR code is computed in your browser; what you type and any logo you upload never leave your device.
PNG or SVG?
PNG is fine for websites, chat apps and slides. For posters, stickers or a print shop, use SVG — it stays sharp at any size.

QR Code 與條碼製作指南：怎麼做才印得出來、掃得到
QR Code 做出來很容易，但印到海報或貼紙上之後掃不到，是最常見的問題。這份指南整理了不同用途該選哪種類型、樣式怎麼設計才不影響掃描，以及印刷前要注意的事項。
常見用途與建議類型
- 活動海報、週報、簡報最後一頁：選「網址」放報名表或活動頁；選「活動」則掃描後可以直接加入手機行事曆。
- 店面、教室、會議室的 Wi‑Fi：選「Wi‑Fi」，訪客用相機掃描就能連線，不用再口頭報密碼。可以勾選在下方印出網路名稱與密碼，給掃不到的人手動輸入。
- 名片、自我介紹：選「電子名片」，對方掃描後能一鍵存進通訊錄；選「LINE」則直接開啟加好友頁面。
- 圖書室、資料室：選「借書／館藏條碼」做書背條碼或借書證，搭配「批次產生標籤」一次印一整張 A4。
- 商品、自印書籍：選「商品／一般條碼」，EAN-13／ISBN 只要輸入號碼，最後一碼檢查碼會自動算好。
樣式設計：好看但不要影響掃描
- 對比要夠：深色的點配淺色背景最可靠。反過來用淺色點、深色底，部分舊手機會讀不到；漸層也要確保最淺的地方和背景仍有明顯差距。
- 中間的 Logo 不要太大：放圖案時工具會自動把容錯等級調到最高（H，約可遮住 30%），但圖案大小建議維持在預設的 20% 左右，最多不要超過四分之一。
- 四周留白要保留：QR Code 外圍需要一圈空白，掃描器才找得到邊界。放進海報時，不要讓文字或圖案緊貼著邊緣。
- 內容越短越好：網址越長，點會越密、越難掃。很長的網址可以先用短網址服務縮短，但要注意短網址服務停止營運時 QR Code 也會跟著失效。
印刷尺寸與檔案格式
一般的經驗法則是：掃描距離大約是 QR Code 邊長的 10 倍。拿在手上掃的名片或傳單，邊長 2～3 公分就夠；貼在牆上、要站在一公尺外掃的海報，建議至少 10 公分。交給印刷廠或要放大印刷時請下載 SVG，放多大都不會模糊；放在網頁、LINE 或簡報裡則用 PNG 即可。
條碼格式怎麼選
圖書館與學校常用 Code 39，大多數掃描槍都能讀；Code 128 密度較高，同樣長度的號碼印出來比較短；有些較舊的圖書館系統使用 Codabar。最穩妥的做法是先看現有書上的條碼，或先印一張用自己的掃描槍測試，確認讀得到再大量列印。零售商品使用的 EAN-13 號碼需要向 GS1 申請，自己編的號碼只適合內部管理使用。
印出去之前的檢查清單
- 用兩支不同品牌的手機實際掃一次，確認內容正確（尤其是 Wi‑Fi 密碼和電話號碼）。
- 印一張實際尺寸的樣張，在預期的距離和光線下再掃一次。
- 確認連結的網頁在手機上能正常開啟。
- 記住這裡產生的是靜態 QR Code，內容寫死在圖裡、永久有效，但印出去後就不能再改；如果網址之後可能變更，請先確認網址會長期維持。
做好的 QR Code 可以直接帶到 圖片編輯器 放進海報或週報圖片，或帶到 證書／證件批量產生器 印在證書與借書證上。
